• Report content, draft notes, Q&A responses, source records, and delivery records created while preparing your report.

Why we use information

We use personal information and travel details to operate Erudite Travel and deliver the report or service you request.

• Prepare, review, deliver, and support short-term, long-term, and executive travel reports.
• Process orders, confirm payment status, prevent misuse, and maintain accounting records.
• Respond to messages, service requests, corrections, and follow-up questions.
• Improve the site, forms, tools, report workflow, and security of the service.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and operational obligations.

Travel details can be sensitive

Trip and traveler details may reveal sensitive context, including where someone will be, when they will move, health or mobility constraints, family composition, executive exposure, security concerns, or personal preferences. Please do not submit information that is not necessary for the report you want us to prepare.

When you provide these details, we use them to prepare the requested report, communicate with you about the order, and operate the service. We do not sell personal information or travel details.

Service providers and AI-assisted workflow

We may share information with service providers that help us run the site and prepare reports, including hosting, database, payment, email, analytics, security, research, document, and report-preparation providers. They are expected to use the information only to provide services to us or as otherwise required by law.

Payment card and bank details are handled by payment providers. Erudite Travel does not store full card numbers or bank credentials on its own servers.

Some report preparation may use AI-assisted research, drafting, analysis, or quality-control tools. We use those tools to help prepare the requested report, not to sell your travel details.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide reports, answer follow-up questions, maintain business records, improve the service, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting requirements, and protect the site from misuse.

You can ask us to delete or correct information, but we may need to keep certain records when required for legal, security, payment, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal information and travel details. No website, email system, database, or internet transmission is perfectly secure, so you should avoid sending information that is not needed for the report.

Your choices

You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information associated with your order or report request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can also choose not to provide optional travel details. If a detail is necessary to prepare a reliable report and you do not provide it, the report may be less specific.

International processing

Erudite Travel may use service providers and infrastructure in more than one country. If you use the service, your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data protection rules than your own.
